Products that are in stock are dispatched within 3 working days of order confirmation. In case of payment in advance by bank transfer, we send the products only after the amount has been credited to our account. Products that are not in stock will be manufactured and shipped within 2-4 weeks from order confirmation. We will send you an estimated delivery date of the ordered goods by email together with the order confirmation.

You can withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days after delivery and then return the complete unused goods in original condition. To withdraw from the contract, you can use the form prepared and send it to us by post or email.

We design our products to last as long as possible. We will learn from complaints and will try to find the best possible repair solution.

We recommend hand-washing all our bag and backpack products, with a moist soft brush, a sponge or a washcloth. For deeper cleaning, use cool running water. Hang dry in a well-ventilated area, avoid direct heat sources. We recommend not to wash, iron, tumble dry, dry clean or bleach.
